Reporting to: Director of Field Marketing France
Reporting dotted lines to General Managers as this role oversees 3 hotels in France with 5-star/Palaces positioning around communication, partnerships and PR.
Qualifications
Business school / communications / Ideally a Master’s degree
Experience in Communications, Press
Knowledge of the luxury hotel industry and/or the world of luxury
Knowledge of the French and international media
Excellent writing skills in English and French
Scope
Development and monitoring of the communications strategy (press, partnerships, public relations, awards) for 3 hotels in France, respecting the luxury positioning of the hotel and its outlets, as well as its key personalities
Definition of key KPIs and ROI for communications and PR actions
Development and monitoring of communications budget
Definition of synergies between the 3 hotels, around publicity, customer relations and major events around the year
Creation of communication materials ( press releases, press kit...)
Ongoing relations with journalists and creation of strong brand partnerships with each hotel and destination
Management of press offices in France
Manage press relations for one hotel directly, both locally and nationally
Organize public relations events to actively promote hotels
Collaboration with on site team
Travelling in France
