Digital Finance Solutions Lead

About the role:

• Guide the design, execution an implementation of GMSGQ digital finance solutions.

• Business process excellence and harmonization as prerequisite for digital finance solutions

• Work with teams and partners from Finance, IT and Supply Chain to co-grow digital finance solutions and features from concept to launch

• Provide the link on a tactical level across GMS GQ finance teams, technical implementation partners (IT, Digital and Data Science, external providers) and other GMS teams

• Maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future developments

• Work in coaching mode with the project and broader GMS Finance team, allowing them to develop IT-Finance skills

How you will contribute:

• GMSGQ digital finance projects end-to- end delivery

• Design digital finance solutions

• Translation between finance functional requirements and technical requirements

• Manage external developers for the projects you lead covering definition and prioritization of daily tasks, challenging proposed solutions, time reporting

• Improve Supply Chain on data and process interactions with GMS Digital Finance solutions

• Work with cross-teams and multiple partners from GMS Finance, Corporate Finance IT, GMS IT, TBS and GSC to co-grow digital finance solutions and features from concept to launch

• Prioritization and maintenance of product and sprint backlogs for assigned digital solutions, balancing the requirements of

• Maintain tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future developments

• Coach the project teams to allow them to develop IT-Finance skills

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise

• Expertise digital finance solutions, using and implementing reporting systems

• Pharma manufacturing finance understanding, with emphasis on product costing

• Very good data analytics skills, across technical solutions

• Translate finance needs into technical concepts and the other way

• A firm grasp of industry, manufacturing finance and digital finance solutions and concepts

• Is up to date with new technologies (AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, RPA) and applies them to define the best digital finance solutions for GMS Finance

• Multiple within GMS Finance and with functions outside GMS finance Corporate Finance, Corporate Finance IT, GMS IT, GMS Digital & data Science, TBS and GSC

• Responsible of the delivery of several projects in parallel

• Is hands-on involved in project delivery, beyond project management; act as digital finance solution owner

What you bring to Takeda:

• Expertise in manufacturing finance, with emphasis on product costing, within the pharmaceuticals industry

• Hands-on experience implementing and using digital finance solutions in the area of reporting including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), other system include predictive analytics and simulations for tools specifically IBM Planning Analytics, SAP BW, SAP IBP

• Grasp of digital finance technologies including Data Science and Artificial Intelligence applications within finance; use tools like SAP Analysis for Office, IBM PAX, Power BI, Power Query and advanced Ms. Excel

• With the ability to engage, and inspire partners to collaboration and; hands-on, proactive, with excellent project management skills

• University degree of science/business:

• Advanced degree is required (Master/MBA), in Engineering, Business Engineering, IT or Finance

• Experience of hands-on implementation of finance systems (reporting, simulation solutions), 3-5 years

• Proven pharma manufacturing finance experience of at least 2-3 years

• Fluent in English
