Job Overview

Promote & facilitate the successful implementation of TEOA tools & processes across local site by conducting sustainable continuous improvement events to support the top priorities of local site, and is responsible for driving continuous improvement culture and minimizing system waste through lean systems & processes.

What your background should look like:

AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

"Kaizen activities, 70%

1) Analyze and monitor performance of the most impactful value stream to find improvement opportunities. develop value stream maps and execute the TEOA implementation plan for specific value streams to achieve the plant level TEOA metrics and goals whilst ensuring alignment to the business unit strategy.

2) Direct the planning and implementation of Kaizen related continuous improvement activitie and hold the regular site level kaizen workshop

3) Lead cross functional teams to collaborate in defining problem statements, problem analysis and implementation of solutions.

4) Facilitate the planning and implementation of workplace flow and layout, moves according to Lean concepts

5) Conducts method analysis and improvements to work station design

6) Conducts material handling and flow analysis, responsible for material flow within the plant, plant layouts, new equipment layout, and warehousing requirements

7) Work towards increasing the efficiency of the manufacturing unit – Reduced Scrap/waste1)

8) Identify and pursue cost saving initiatives.

9) To deploy and promote digital tools and initiatives to create value.

"Training & Coaching, 20%

1)Lead the TEOA tools training to TEOA tool champions and leaders,Kaizen Facilitator and TEOA activity team members.

2)Develop skill levels of practitioners and other site personnel in order to implement and sustain TEOA.

3)Educate and train associates on the ways to improve the company’s products, machines and processes, conduct Kaizen Event to speed up the TEOA transformation progress.

"TEOA Projects

1) Develop and implement tools of TEOA house, Facilitate these efforts within assigned areas as needed.

2) Facilitate the planning and implementation of workplace flow and layout, as well as equipment installations, modifications, and moves according to Lean concepts.

3) Application of layout disciplines.

in order to control and push all projects implementation.

"Operation Standardization, 10%

Oversee the accomplishment of the operational standardization work; and follow up and drive the deployment of the project achievement in order to achieve a durable deployment of project achievements."

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education, Technical Qualification & Experience

Bachelor degree in science or engineering

Minimum 8 years working experience and 5 years of professional experience with focus on production, logistics or industrial engineering and economical knowledge

Previous experience in leading continuous improvement activities on site or value stream level.

familiar with stream mapping and implementing TEOA tools.
