Industrialization Engineer

As an Industrialization Engineer for Taste, you’ll be responsible for product industrialization and process optimization for flavor products, building manufacturing expertise on flavor delivery technologies at China.

Your key responsibilities

  • Assure that product industrialization is executed with a focus on safety, quality, cost and compliance.

  • Works closely with Production, engineering and HS&E team to ensure safe operations.

  • Handling new product introduction related request, validate manufacturing feasibility and organize trial run validation.Work with product creators to optimize product formulation to achieve “design for manufacturing” purpose.

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining Manufacturing Instruction, provide training to manufacturing operators to ensure successful production of new products.

  • Work with manufacturing, quality and creation team to drive on manufacturing process optimization and complexity reduction. Responsible for trouble shooting of NPI process and product related non-conformances.

  • Works closely with manufacturing, quality and engineering team to drive continuous improvement and value creation projects.To perform other jobs assigned by line manager.

You bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in food/chemical engineering or related subjects

  • Manufacturing experience in Food and Flavor industries are highly preferred

  • Responsible, hard working with passion and good communication skill

  • Teamwork spirit, self-motivated and honest

  • Good speaking, reading and writing in English.Good command of computer, knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.Good Planning and organizing skill
