Job Title: Process Engineer

Location: Zeeland, Michigan

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our clients dynamic team As a Process Engineer, you will be instrumental in establishing and optimizing injection molding processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality production outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and document molding processes for effective replication during production.

• Optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency and support the successful launch of new programs.

• Provide technical support across the manufacturing facility, addressing molding process issues, equipment performance, and production improvements.

• Mentor and coach production personnel to ensure adherence to established processes and minimize risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in injection molding considered.

• 5+ years of experience in a technical or process engineering role, or 10+ years in a plastics manufacturing environment.

• Strong leadership skills with a self-starting and self-motivated approach.

• Proficiency in project management, with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies.

• Knowledge of injection molding tooling and troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to mentor and coach individuals at all levels within the manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
