Oracle ERP Support in ZAPOPAN, Mexico

Job Description

Design new scalable solutions for fast changing infrastructure environment with complex needs in fields like: configuration deployments, monitoring, and logging. Perform deep drill down analysis into performance bottlenecks and provide necessary fixes. Bring in new ideas, change, evolve, improve and simplify the production infrastructure. Work closely with our development and research teams and provide customer friendly solutions and support. Responsible for working on the design, development, and/or deployment of enterprise supporting systems.

BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Suggested majors include Computer Science or Mathematics. Working knowledge of software development tools, methodologies, and programming languages. Experience working with external or internal customers to implement large scale solutions, business process architecture, application system design, and implementation. Design and implementation of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions using a variety of cloud platform services. Solid experience in application or server architecture and networking. A minimum of 2 year’s experience in application or server architecture and networking or related experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • At least three (3) years’ IT experience; work with financial systems is preferred.

  • Experience with NetSuite and/or another ERP system is preferred

NetSuite certifications (Preferred)

  • NETSUITE SuiteFoundation Exam

  • NETSUITE Financial User Exam

  • NETSUITE ERP Consultant Exam

  • NETSUITE Administrator Exam

  • NETSUITE SuiteAnalytics Exam

Career Level - IC3

Responsibilities

  • Manage NSIT SysTools Operations queue, working with process owners and end users to make sure that they are able to perform their job function.

  • Provision and deprovision employee roles and permissions, grant and revoke access to custom records/lists/fields, perform CSV imports, generate reports, setup dashboards and other configurations.

  • Grant and revoke access to accounts and systems managed by the team.

  • Work closely with the different process owners to develop and to review the policies, procedures, controls, and other operational documentation for systems managed by the team.

  • Ensure that the same are properly enforced and are compliant with Audit requirements.

  • Assist Compliance team on SOX Compliance and other Audit tasks and requirements.Work closely with process owners on Roles & Permissions Audit.

  • Work closely with BAs, Developers, and process owners to deliver projects, and work other ad hoc tasks.

  • Work closely with NetSuite Administrators on any administrator tasks or requirements.

  • Work closely with QAs in investigating product issues and in delivering solutions.
