AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role ofDirector of Catering for Multi-Unit Food Service Operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee internal and external catering events

• Hire, train, and schedule catering staff

• Actively participate in the development of existing catering staff in service techniques, menu presentation, policies, and procedures

• Oversee ordering, receiving and billing functions

• Follow up on all catered events

• Ensure successful operations of catering functions including preparation, transportation, setup, and cleanup of all events

• Engage professionally with individuals at all levels

• Monitor care and operation of delivery vehicles
