The Opportunity:

For our International Nutrition Division ANI we are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious professional to join our Quality team in as a Quality Assurance Specialist CE. The position will be an office-based, stationary function that can be hired in one of the 3 locations: Croatia - Zagreb / Netherlands - Hoofddorp / Switzerland - Baar.

The Main Purpose Of The Role

The Quality Assurance Specialist CE (reporting to Commercial QA CE Manager) will provide quality assurance support to various functions within the Central European Nutrition business and be responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective Quality System.

What You'll do:

  • Developing/maintaining all elements of the Affiliates Quality System.

  • Compliance to the Corporate Quality Standards through the documented policies, procedures and processes.

  • Manages local document life cycle in the electronic document management system.

  • Tracking and reporting of adverse events and complaints as per Abbott procedures and local legislation requirements; maintenance of complaint tracking system.

  • Supports facilitation of external certification and surveillance audits

  • Work with affiliates and regional headquarter QA colleagues.

Required qualifications and background:

  • University degree (natural and life science university degree).

  • (Preferred) 2-3 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role or similar.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Systems and GxP.

  • Proactive approach.

  • Detailed and accurate with good attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills – written and oral.

  • Planning & Organizing skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of English language.

  • Solid PC skills.
