Job Description

Purpose:

Support in execution of marketing related activities. Responsible for working closely with Manager and Brand Team to execute Patient-centric strategies in line with Brand Story. Focus on the delivery of different type of existing and emerging marketing and sales tools with using different channels in line with Abbvie business code of conduct, policies and all applicable law and regulations.

  • Use basic analytical skills that can be used as cohesive, concise and easy to understand outputs for brand, product and portfolio KPIs and metrics to inform decision making Team members.

  • Be involved in the process of development marketing inputs to Strategical Brand Plan and the 1-year Tactical Brand Plan.

  • Works effectively within the Brand Team as appropriate and collaboratively with In Field Team to deliver a coordinated and seamless customer experience.

  • Support and execute projects with continuous coordination and support of Brand Therapeutic Lead, Brand Managers and Sales Manager.

  • Implement different promotional campaign materials and similar activities in line with Abbvie standards.

  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.

  • Acquiring, maintaining, and tracking data on various projects, including metrics and timely reporting.

  • Maintain an up-to date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with healthcare providers and other stakeholders

  • Support transparency and compliance requirements

  • Build knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications

  • Other duties assigned by Manager

Qualifications

  • Pharmacy or life-sciences degree (or equivalent)

  • Good communication skills required

  • Good organizational skills required

  • Croatian and English fluency both verbal and written

  • MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Ability to apply strong patient empathy and understandings of customer needs when developing tailored messages and materials

  • Proactivity

  • Customer focus

  • Accurate, precise work

  • Ability to manage multiple project deadlines

  • Driving license
