About the Role:

Cultural ambassador, community advocate, service leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a positive office experience

• Provide workplace services and support for personal productivity and organizational effectiveness

• Administer a variety of services including conference room support, office supply management, facilities management, and more

• Assist leadership with administrative support

• Maintain relationships with vendors

• Oversee health & safety inspections and ensure compliance

Safety Duties:

• Complete all required safety training

• Follow safety policies and procedures

• Report potential hazards and unsafe conditions

• Use appropriate personal protective equipment

Required Skills and Experience:

• HS Diploma or GED

• Minimum 1-2 years related experience (e.g. Front Desk, Concierge, Hospitality, Room Management, or Customer Service roles)

• Basic financial understanding and analytical skills

• Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and new technologies

Ideal Candidate: Warm and engaging, with a genuine interest in serving the needs of others. Prior office or facility management experience is a plus.
