Description

Deployed Services serves as a dedicated strategic partner to government and other clients.We hire individuals committed to excellence and who share our passion for making a positive impact in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

TheTraining Coordinatoris responsible for managing, monitoring, documenting, and coordinating all training activities within the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Assess training needs for new and existing employees
  • Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps
  • Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs
  • Organize, develop, or source training programs to meet specific training needs
  • Inform employees about training options
  • Map out training plans for departments within the organization
  • Track and report training outcomes
  • Provide feedback to program participants and management
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
  • Maintain employee training records
  • Review and audit employees specific training file for compliance and records management
  • Maintain training classes and schedules via Smart Sheets
  • Prepare classrooms to ensure they are ready for instructors
  • Prepare and organize training information and all instructional aids
  • Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
  • Knowledge of Smart Sheets highly desired
  • Ability to design and implement effective training
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends. We operate 24/7/365

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. A bachelors degree in education, training, HR, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years training experience required
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and Web Delivery tools (preferred)
  • Organizational experience in government contracting environments, preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred
  • Must possess a valid drivers license
  • Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and a background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment
