The United States Army Test and Evaluation Command is posting this advertisement to fill a current vacancy. The chosen candidate will serve as an Exercise Coordinator supporting the Training Exercise Management Office (TEMO), Range Operations & Division within Yuma Test Center, Yuma, AZ. A selection will be made soon after the closing date. Selection of this position is permanent and will be made at the GS-11 or GS-12 grade level, with full promotion potential at the GS-12 level.

Job Responsibilities\ \ As an Exercise Coordinator, you will:

• Analyze existing range capabilities and operating procedures to provide information and recommendations.
• Conduct post- mission review and analysis for each assigned Warfighter exercise and documents lessons learned or after-action reports.
• Manage schedules and expenditures to ensure proper and timely execution of assigned projects.
• Initiate and maintain contacts with Army and other Services Warfighter organizations to solicit Warfighter exercises to be conducted.
• Serve as a point of contact and in a liaison capacity to other testing and training range facilities and organizations.
• Maintain a database of operational units and organizations that can be queried for support and participation in Warfighter exercises.
• Responsible for sustaining facilities and ranges typically used to support Warfighter training.
• Serve as the primary liaison with military units executing Troop Labor and Construction projects.
