Compensation: $19.00 per hour -- WEEKLY PAY!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Process inventory purchase orders in QuickBooks
• Receive inventory in QuickBooks as it arrives at the warehouse
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Maintain vendor invoice files
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Manage open Purchase Order report to track inbound inventory timeline
• Maintain pricing files

Here's What You Need To Apply:

• The ability to verify returns on items and process refund or replacement on orders.
• Ability to navigate G Suites and Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Understanding of QuickBooks inventory, assemblies, and group usage is a plus
• Knowledge of Amazon seller central, eBay merchants, and other online sales platforms is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
