Manufacturer needs an experienced CNC operator.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to determine part specifications.
• Use gauges and other measuring instruments to make sure parts conform to specifications.
• Change or sharpen machine tools as required.
• Ability to set-up and troubleshoot equipment.
• Install collets, pick-offs, pushers, gears, cams, tool holders, threading units, etc.
• Have knowledge of feed rates, stroke lengths, ratios and RPM, as it relates to surface footages to attain maximum production.
• Set all tooling as required.
• Verify conformance of first piece production, making sure all dimensions are in conformance with print specifications using proper measuring instruments.
• Perform preventative maintenance.

Shifts

• 1st shift: 6:00am-2:30pm
• 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm

Requirements

• CNC experience
• Clean criminal record and drug screen

Compensation and Benefits

• $12 - 15/hour depending on experience level
• Temp-to-perm potential leading to raises and benefits
