Job Title: 3rd Shift Welder

Job Description

We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team. In this role, you will perform welding on heavy gauge carbon steel, read blueprints and weld symbols, and use tape measures and measurement tools. You will also be responsible for grinding, fitting, and fabricating products. Additionally, you will operate forklifts and overhead cranes, and use hand/power tools. The position requires lifting 50-75 lbs. occasionally to place and adjust materials for welds. Attention to detail and cleanliness/organization are essential.

Work Environment

This position involves working in a heavy steel manufacturing environment in Youngstown. The environment is dirty and not well lit, with a mix of new and old equipment. You will be working around 50 hours a week, 3rd shift (10:30pm-6:30am ). The team consists of approximately 50+ full-time workers, with roughly 120 people in production as full-time or temporary employees
