Seeking LPN for case management of clients, intake of new clients, care plan development, employee scheduling, and employee supervision.  Will train. Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, be able to pass drug screening, be able to pass background check, and lift up to 20 pounds. Full-Time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM  $20.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience.
