Youngstown, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire a Design Engineer (Electrical Power Control Systems) REQUIREMENTS • BSEE or BSEET (Bachelor Degree Electrical Engineering) or 15 + years' experience in a similar role • Must know electrical power / electronic control systems • 3+ years' experience with electrical control systems design ( microcontrollers, sensors, amplifiers, and communication interfaces... ) • Must be CAD proficient (AutoCAD or Inventor is preferred) • Determine specifications, design, test, evaluate & troubleshoot controls designs verifying operation and compliance with industry standards • Familiar with NEC, UL, IEC, and IEEE industry standards and regulation • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • SKM or ETAP simulation and analysis software knowledge is preferred • sustainable and energy-efficient design practices • specific industry applications such as, energy fields, food processing, mining, power plant-substation, and/or data mining knowledge is highly desired • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, profit sharing, s cholarships...
