Radiographer - Radiology - Evenings

Location: York Hospital, York, PA

Schedule: Full Time

Full Time (80 hrs/pay period)

Evenings

1:00p-11:00p (4-10's), rotating weekends, rotating holidays & call

General Summary

Performs routine diagnostic, technical and/or special radiographic procedures at a general skill level.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic examinations.

• Schedules cases to coordinate with other patient examinations.

• Positions and transfers patients safely and comfortably and explains basic procedure.

• Immobilizes patients as necessary and practices radiation safety procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Associates Degree Required

Work Experience:

• Less than 1 year 6 - 12 months Required

Licenses:

• Registered Technologist-Radiography - ARRT Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• Registration/license as Upon Hire Required and

• BCLS certification Upon Hire Required and

• Accredited program in radiologic technology Upon Hire Required
