Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Job Description

The Press Brake Operator will be tasked with setting up, loading, operating, and conducting quality inspections on metal products using CNC Press Brake machines. Responsibilities include heavy lifting, changing of dies, maintaining accurate documentation of work, and supporting operations as needed. This role requires working on the 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 4:20 PM to 2:50 AM, with some overtime and initial training during day shifts.

Work Environment

This role is situated in a manufacturing environment, which is hot during summer and cold during winter. The company is committed to investing in employee development through additional training, schooling, and certifications. The successful candidate will start training with an experienced team but will be the sole operator on the 2nd shift after training. Safety gear including steel-toed boots, safety glasses, gloves, and protective sleeves are mandatory.
