Job Title: Pipe Welder

Job Description

The Welder/Mechanic will be responsible for all Fabrication, Welding and Mechanical Assembly of large fluid power generation units. They will work from complex blueprints to build and weld these units. The role involves Pulse MIG Welding and TIG Welding on Pipe, Welding and Fabrication of Carbon and Stainless Steel, Pipe Threading, Pipe Fitting, and Mechanical Assembly including Heat Exchangers, Pumps, and Motors. The position operates Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm with optional overtime available.

Work Environment

The work environment features a smaller facility with climate-control, multiple ongoing projects, welding stations, and a painting area. The team is collaborative, with everyone reporting to a leader who has progressed from Mechanical Assembly to running the shop. Dress code includes jeans, work shirts (provided), steel-toe boots, and safety glasses.
