Reference #: 1061 Industrial Service and Installation (ISI), Inc. Job Title: Industrial Estimator/Project Coordinator Department: Admin Reports to: Project Manager

Summary The Industrial Estimator/Project Coordinator is the support person for the Project Manager. This position requires someone with knowledge of structural steel, miscellaneous metals and pipe fabrication/installation estimation. This candidate must understand blueprints, drawings and measurements. Successful candidates must have strong Microsoft Office skills and be very organized. The incumbent must be able to proficiently communicate verbally, written, and through other various communications with Field, Engineering, and Office personnel. Further, this person must be capable of completing complex projects within agreed upon timelines. Success Criteria & Measurement Understand each phase of a job and how work will be completed Proficient in project estimation, cost analysis and proposal preparation Create and submit estimates to the Supervisor/Project Manager in a timely manner Communicate effectively with Customers, Vendors, Field, Engineering, and Office personnel Maintain all project data in an organized manner Responsibilities Review and understand project data Prepare cost estimates used for purposes such as planning, organizing, scheduling work, and selecting vendors and subcontractors Review data to determine material and labor requirements; prepare itemized lists Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation (I.e. P&ID Blueprints) Assist in the purchasing of materials, services and subcontracts Identify areas of importance or change orders and relay related information to Pipe Supervisor/Project Manager and site foreman Attend project meetings as needed Perform on-site visits to obtain accurate measurements and verify specifications. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School degree required, associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred Previous experience using Bluebeam and Navisworks software preferred. Minimum of 3 years' experience with fabrication/installation estimation Ability to review contract documents to understand project requirements and obligations Expert with the Microsoft Office Suite AutoCAD a plus Strong analytic skills with an understanding of drawings and measurements Ability to navigate through complex projects and follow directions and work in a safe and professional manor Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service and follow up oriented Ability to follow directions, written and verbal, efficiently with the ability to work under time constraints and prioritize to meet deadlines *
