What Were Looking forWhat We're Looking for: *  Ability to work and yield standardized output with minimum supervision *  Detail Oriented *  Computer skills *  Ability to read and comprehend blueprints *  Strong math skills *  Ability to use various measuring devices such as dial calipers, tape measure skillfully *  Versatile to various duties, adaptable to change, creative with problem solving, responsible for quality & output, and dependable team player *  H.S. Diploma or the equivalent *  Technical school/apprenticeship program a plus
