Library Assistant (Grant funded) City of York - Kilgore Memorial Library

Are you a passionate, dedicated person who enjoys learning, teaching, and working with people of a variety of ages, abilities, and skills? Kilgore Memorial Library is looking for you! The library has partnered with the York County Diversion Office and the developmental disabilities services agencies in York. This partnership was created in support of an American Library Association grant that the library received, which allows us to hire a part-time coordinator to work with clients of our partner agencies in the new makerspace being developed by the library. Grant funding expires September 30, 2025.

Who should apply? College students (possibly an internship), working professionals, or experienced educators. Must be 18 years of age. Ability to demonstrate a background in programming development and passion for helping others develop interest in building relationships through working together.
