Role Definition: Schedules, plans and oversees material procurement, production and delivery processes.

Responsibilities:

・ Managing sales orders for service parts considering their priority and situation.

・Providing reliable & accurate Estimated Ship Date for dealer sales back orders.

・Utilizing internal service parts tools well to analyze any situation for communicating correct information with dealers in a timely manner.

・Working with other BU to find out possible most earliest solution for recovery of high prioritized customer machine.

・Collaborating with global teams to achieve improvement of parts availability, reliability and velocity for all W/W customers.

・Supporting transportation section for moving parts from overseas distribution centers.

Degree Requirement:

Degree or equivalent experience desired

Key Skill Description:

・Knowledge of order management methods, tools, techniques, and ability to create and support an environment that meets the Service Parts goals.

・Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

・Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and techniques of root cause analysis (RCA); ability to use a structured approach to identify the causes of backorder and the changes needed to prevent recurrences.

・Communication skills in both Japanese and English

Additional Information:

Location： Yokohama

Travel：6-12 times/year to Domestic dealers and Sagami Distribution Center
