2. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

研究用機器（消耗品試薬含む）、医療機器に係る品質保証業務

3. 職務内容:

・ISO推進委員会メンバーとして、Quality Manage System（QMS）の運営管理を行う。

• ISO 9001規格に沿ったQMS活動の推進

• 全従業員へのQMS関連の社内研修の実施

• 外部/第三者認証機関との調整及びコミュニケーション

• 各部門における品質マネジメントシステムの文書化の支援

• 内部監査及びマネジメント/レビューの定期的な計画、実施

・医療機器等の体制省令対応の実施

• QMS関連文書の作成及び改訂に関する業務

• 内部監査および供給業者の評価の実施

• 不具合発生時の海外製造所への報告、連携による原因調査、是正・予防処置、顧客報告の実施

• 製品の製造販売承認／認証申請時のQMS適合性調査申請資料の作成

• QMS適合性調査対応

4. 必要とされる資格・経験

・第三種医療機器製造販売業の総括製造販売責任者資格要件を満たす学歴または経験　

・医療機器又は体外診断用医薬品分野における5年以上の品質保証業務経験

・規制当局又は認証登録機関によるQMS適合性調査又はISO13485適合性調査対応経験

・ビジネスレベルの英語力（技術資料の読解、メール及び電話会議対応）

5. 歓迎される資格・経験

・チームリーダー又はチームマネジメント経験（People managerであるかは問わない）

・当社研究用の各種機器・分析用試薬、または同業他社製品の知見、取扱い（操作、修理等）の経験

・SAP等各種ERPシステムの使用経験

まずは全体オリエンテーションからスタート、その後これまでのスキル・経験に合わせて数か月ほどはOJTを通じて仕事を覚えていきます。不明点などは周りの同僚がサポートします。また社内外の研修もご希望に応じて受講いただき、業務に必要な知識を継続的に習得いただきます。

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality assurance of research and medical equipment. Your responsibilities will include promoting and implementing our Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, coordinating with external certification agencies, and supporting the documentation of quality management systems across departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or experience meeting the requirements for a Third Class Medical Device Manufacturing and Sales Manager

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance in the medical device or in vitro diagnostic pharmaceutical field

• Experience with QMS compliance assessments and ISO 13485

• Business-level English proficiency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in team leadership or management

• Familiarity with laboratory equipment, reagents, or similar products

• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
