Job Description

With minimal supervision, this position performs varied and integral administrative tasks within the EHS department. This role requires in-depth knowledge of facility manufacturing operations, corporate policies and procedures as well as a working and in-depth knowledge of legal EH&S compliance. This role partners with both frontline associates and plant leadership to successfully implement EHS Department goals and initiatives to reduce injuries and create a positive safety culture. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Willing and able to uphold BD Values.
