Responsibilities

• Inspect Incoming Materials: Evaluate and test raw materials and components to ensure they meet quality standards before production.

• Monitor Production Processes: Oversee production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify any deviations or defects.

• Perform Routine Tests and Inspections: Conduct regular tests on products at various stages of production, including electrical tests, visual inspections, and functional tests.

• Document and Report Findings: Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and any defects or issues discovered. Prepare reports summarizing quality performance and trends.

• Implement Quality Improvement Plans: Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and product quality, working closely with the production and engineering teams.

• Ensure Compliance with Standards: Ensure all products and processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality policies.

• Handle Non-Conforming Products: Identify, segregate, and manage non-conforming products, including recommending corrective actions and preventing recurrence.

• Train Production Staff: Educate production employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the root causes of quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
