Who we are looking for:

• Must be willing to inspire and nurture our children in a loving and kind environment to becomelifelong learners through the Montessori philosophy.
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, adaptable and coachable, eager to learn, joyful withchildren.
• Document student progressions with notes and photos using the parent communication app,

Brightwheel.

• Engage children during drop off and/or pick up, and all throughout the day.
• Ensure that the environment is set up for safety and success, and restored after work periods.
• Abide by state licensing guidelines and complete required trainings.
• Make sure surfaces, toys, and restrooms are sanitized and orderly.

At least 1 year of experience in the field of education or early childhood development is required.
