Job Responsibilities:

1. Achieve breakthroughs in sales of major end terminals in the 3C industry, with a focus on PCB: breakthroughs in single product sales, breakthroughs in multi-product combination solutions, breakthroughs in core process points, inclusion in the group's supply brand directory, and successful bidding for key planned projects.

2. Analyze the development trends of the industry chain in the 3C industry, with a focus on PCB: identify strategic control points, drive the Solution Center to develop innovative solutions and establish prototype points, promote comprehensive project breakthroughs in SEU, establish a network of contacts and brand influence for Huichuan in the industry.

3. Collaborate in customer/project breakthroughs, with a focus on PCB: provide assistance in the operation of strategic key customers/projects to contribute to the commercial success of top customers in the industry.Qualifications:

4. Major in electrical automation or related fields, familiar with Huichuan's automation products (servos, small and medium-sized PLCs, frequency converters, etc.).

5. Ability to manage customers at a multi-million level, with experience leading single-point customers with sales exceeding 10 million yuan, familiar with target end terminals.

6. Communication and negotiation: Excellent, precise communication skills and summarization abilities.

7. Capacity building: (1) Full understanding of enterprise management and operation; (2) Strong learning and adaptability.

8. Attitude: Strong heart, sufficient resilience, and confidence.

9. Integration of internal and external resources: (1) Ability to integrate channels; (2) Ability to collaborate across departments.

10. Integration of circulation chains: Nationwide movement and integration of all links in the circulation chain between headquarters and local areas.
