What will you be doing?

• Coordinate EHS needs with department management, supervisors, and employees to promote a safe working culture.

• Conduct daily safety audits and ensure safety across all production areas and buildings.

• Track, trend, and report relevant environmental, health, and safety information through regular meetings and electronic communication methods.

• Schedule and facilitate monthly Safety Committee meetings

• Develop and deliver ongoing Safety, Health, and Environmental training for employees.

• Ensure all functions adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies to protect staff and visitors.

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Degree or professional certification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field preferred, or proven experience within a similar role.

• Ability to spend significant time in production areas, including walking, standing, occasional climbing, and working in various weather conditions.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and complete projects on time with accuracy.
