Job Summary

Join our dynamic team to develop, test, and implement cutting-edge office automation systems using a variety of technologies including VBA, C#, Python, web development, and the Microsoft Power Platform, and will be able to lead projects from requirements gathering to successful deployment.

What You Will Do

  • Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications for office automation utilizing agile techniques.

  • Collect client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.

  • Write source codes for new applications and enhance code samples for existing applications.

  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure reliability and efficiency of applications.

What You Have:

Degree Requirement - Collage degree or equivalent experience desired

Effective Communications

  • Communicate effectively in Chinese and English to collaborate with global teams, including those in China, India and Poland.

  • Prepare and deliver clear oral presentations and write detailed reports as needed.

Requirements Analysis

  • Deep understanding of business and technical project requirements.

  • Proficient in developing and interpreting complex logical flow diagrams and managing detailed project plans aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Engage in detailed business process analysis to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.

  • Conduct As-Is vs To-Be analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

  • Perform risk analysis to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.

Development and Testing

  • Strong track record in developing high-performance applications and enhancing existing code.

  • Proficient in designing test cases and documenting standard processes based on detailed requirements.

  • Document standard process.
