LifePoint Health Dir-Patient Safety/Experience in Wytheville, Virginia

Patient Safety and Patient Experience leader for the organization, promoting a culture of psychological safety where learning from errors and fair accountability as considered norms. Leads and directs a model which supports reductions of harms and promotes the National Quality Program initiatives. Leads the organization Patient Experience by coordinating the planning and execution of service excellence and patient experience programs. Oversees a data-drive program collecting, tracking, and analyzing service excellence trends and coaches’ employees to maximize the use of customer service tools and programs for enhanced patient experience.

Reports to:CNO

Job Requirements:

· Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Constructive interpersonal skills that include competency in written and verbal communication skills.

· BLS

· License: Registered Nurse license to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and in good standing with the Board of Health Professions.

Minimal work experience:

· Five years’ experience in an acute care setting
