Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure buildings, equipment, and systems remain in optimal condition. This role is essential in keeping facilities safe, functional, and compliant with industry standards.

Primary responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and common areas to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergency repairs.
• Repair doors, locks, lighting, flooring, drywall, and other building components.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including outlets, lighting, and circuit breakers.
• Maintain plumbing systems, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
• Assist with the installation and assembly of equipment, furniture, and fixtures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs or services are required.
• Ability to earn certifications to operate a variety of P.I.T. equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance, building repair, or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift upto 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and in various environmental conditions.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
