Management Business Solutions Sales Director in Wyoming, Michigan

SUMMARY: 

Management Business Solutions is seeking a 

Sales Director

 for its client in 

Grand Rapids, MI

. The person will be responsible for developing and leading a strategic sales vision to drive business growth, build a high-performing team, and implement innovative sales processes. The ideal candidate will possess the leadership skills and strategic mindset necessary to execute sales initiatives, expand market presence, and achieve ambitious revenue goals.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a results-driven sales team. Evaluate performance, enforce accountability, and ensure the team achieves quarterly and annual targets.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets, launch new products, and ensure scalable growth.
  • Leverage cutting-edge tools and technologies to create a robust pipeline and generate high-quality leads.
  • Work closely with the executive leadership team to align sales strategies with organizational objectives and priorities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, accurately forecast revenue, and ensure the team meets or exceeds financial targets.
  • Represent the company at conferences, build partnerships, and stay informed about market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Extensive experience with lead generation tools and technologies to drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with IT-related industries or experience working with sustainability, financial, or technology clients is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
