岗位目标 : 协助主管协调10-25人左右的团队,精通液压摩擦焊、机加工、机器人焊接、镗床、装配、测试等生产工艺,能独立解决许多制造过程中的问题,带领团队成功达成安全、质量、速率以及成本的各项指标,并协助生产主管处理部分日常管理工作,能开展跨部门的支持协调工作。

岗位职责 :

1、负责现场安全生产,员工PPE的正确佩戴,安全隐患的及时发现,突发情况的处理,组织并主持安全停工会议。

2、合理安排,组织调配班内人员的日常工作,监控所辖车间的生产、质量,确保每个岗位处于合理、有序的生产状态。

3、协调仓库、计划,ME、QE,生产和机修,确保每班产量和质量达到既定要求;严格按照计划实施生产、努力提高工作效率。

4、掌握所辖区域所有岗位技能,并具备其中一个岗位的Master资格,当有个别岗缺席时负责工位的补位作业,有能力给予进行员工作业培训和技能指导。

5、协调并指导前后工位和区域间的工作,并能及时给予正确地指示。

6、定期与班组员工之间进行沟通,能以正面导向,及时将公司的一些信息和上级的指示进行传递,每月至少一次One On One沟通和所属员工。

7、按要求完成5S和TPM (全面生产力维护) 工作。

8、根据既定计划和实际设备物料情况合理安排生产,支持并推进拉动式生产,及时输入当班的产量及差异原因。

9、负责本班员工纪律,并及时记录相关信息。

10、对所辖区域员工工位技能的考核及记录,让员工具备多岗位操作技能。

11、积极参与发现生产过程中存在的问题和风险,积极提交持续改进建议卡。

12、辅助参与新产品试制以及新工艺验证操作。

13、全面并正确地进行与下一个班交接,负责班前会议或班后会议。

14、主管请假或有事不在,能够主持部门PID会议。

15、定期向主管或经理汇报本班成员的工作进展、工作业绩、员工动态以及不安定因素。

16、Audit各个工位严格按照SWES操作生产,使员工充分理解并严格执行SWES。

17、及时协助QE处理好不良品,搞好WIP在制品半成品管理,减少现场WIP,并且使现场WIP状态明确。

18、在L5领班基础上做出突出贡献,并且展现出良好的协调,沟通,组织,执行能力。

19、承担项目领导者角色,负责生产相关提效、降本等项目开展。

20、严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度,完成主管安排的其他工作。

背景 / 经验 :

1、中专或以上学历,机械行业优先;

2、具有5年及以上生产现场的实际操作经验,其中至少有3年以上管理经验;

3、有一线生产管理的实际经验和能力,对工艺、技术及岗位安全分析有一定的认知者优先;

4、具备良好的组织协调、表达沟通能力;

5、在不同的团队中都能体现出相当的管理和主导能力;

6、一致认可的工作态度和敬业精神,以及开朗豁达的工作作风;

7、能给员工正确导向,能够恰当平衡员工与公司之间的关系;

8、对于一些突发或较复杂的事件都能体现相当的处事能力;

9、相当的电脑水平,掌握一些基本的办公软件和必备的工作英文词汇;

10、处事公平、公正,不徇私;

11、强烈的工作热情和不断学习的意愿。

JOB PURPOSE: Lead a team with about 10-25 employees, be mastered in CNC, Friction Weld, Bore Skive, Assembly, Test etc manufacturing process, can independently fix many manufacturing issues, and lead all team members to reach Safety, Quality, Velocity, Cost targets, also will support supervisor to handle part daily work, and develop coordinate work with related departments.

JOB DUTIES:

1、Responsible for safety production in workshop, make sure all the members well PPE correctly, find safety hidden danger in time, can deal with abrupt affairs, organize and manage the safety stand down meeting;

2、Organize and coordinate the daily work for team member, for workshop management need to monitor and control the production and quality , ensure each position is properly and well-organized in producing;

3、Ensure each shift can meet the demand output and quality through coordinate the material、process、people and machine;

4、Master all the line station’s skill ,and get one of stations master qualification.Need to replace the absent operator’s position to meet the daily plan, also should have the enough capacity to do position operate and skill coaching for new operators;

5、Coordinate the work between station before and after in the workshop, can give the correct pointing, responsible for team members management and work discipline implementation;

6、Continue to communicate with the team member, and can impact them in right direction, transmit some related information and some superior leader’s order to the team members. Must do one time One By One communication with all team members;

7、Accomplish the 5S and TPM in the light of demand;

8、Arrange the production legitimately on the basis of scheduled plan and actual machine & material conditions, support and push pull-production, input shift output and gap reason in time;

9、Responsible for managing shift member’s discipline, record the relevant information in time;

10、Assess and record team member’s position skill level, also need to follow shift members’ position skill matrix board, and make all the members can obtain many stations qualification;

11、Actively attend and find issues and risk in production, actively hand in CI cards;

12、Assist to attend new product trail run and new process validation;

13、Roundly and accurately hand over with next shift, responsible for shift begin or end meeting;

14、Manage the department PID meeting when the production supervisor absent;

15、Regularly report to supervisor or manager for shift members’ working progress, shift work performance, shift members’ trend and unstable factors;

16、Audit each station’s SWES and ensure them can fully understand and implement the SWES strictly,

17、Assist QE deal with defective products, manage the WIP and reduce the quantity for WIP in workshop, marking all the WIP and make the workshop in order;

18、As a team leader(L5), should make an outstanding contribution for department, and display yours’ good coordination、communication、organization and execution ability;

19、Take the responsibility as project leader for production efficiency improvement, cost saving related projects;

20、Strictly execute all the other rules and regulations, accomplish all the other work which supervisor arranges.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

1、Technical secondary education background or its equivalent is required for this position, mechanical major priority;

2、At least 5 years working experience in production line, and above 3 years management experience;

3、Be provided with actual production line management experience, somebody who know process, technical and station safety analysis priority;

4、Have good organization and communication skills;

5、Can show comparative management and dominant capacity in different team;

6、Ripe and steady work style ,strong working attitude and professional dedication spirit, good responsibility;

7、Can impact team members in right direction, and be able to balance the relationship between team member and company properly;

8、Showing the ability that can deal with some abrupt or complex business;

9、Comparative computer skill is necessary, know well some basic office software and requisite English word in working;

10、Deal with affairs fair, just and don't favoritism;

11、Strong working enthusiasm and non-stop learning willing.
