Job Responsibilities

1. Compressor failure analysis for field return and OEM line reject, issue inspection report and give suggestions on potential causes of failure.

2. Handle complaint system, manage all the claims and feedback from customers, give a quick reply and follow up the results.

3. Keep close relationship with other inspection centres, give support to related functions (quality/production/process/R&D) and collect more information to assist quality improvement.

4. Support to quality issue investigation and corrective action implementation.

5. other problem solving work for Continue improvement

Background & Skills

1. University degree Major in HVAC & Refrigeration

2. 5 years related working experience in HVAC & Refrigeration industry in must

3. Good knowledge of compressor application, air conditioner, Mechanical, Electric basic

4. Team work,good execution ability and Detailed working style

5. Familiar with Office tools Word,excel and power point

6. Fluent in both English and Chinese
