Job Description

PURPOSE

In line with business objectives and overall strategies, lead KA team to build up and maintain long- term and solid partnership with key customers. Ensure obtaining supports from target hospital in tender, medical insurance related programs in order to achieve the company goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish regional KA team based on the company strategies and regional business target. Recruit, coach, develop and retain a competitive team. Show excellent planning and organization capabilities and strong leadership and lead the team to achieve the goals.

  • Improve team members’ capability by making personal development plan from respective specialties and interests. Ensure the mission, vision and ethical value is consistent with the company’s.

  • Ensure each team member complying with company policies. Encourage open communication, innovation, knowledge exchanging and team work spirits.

  • Plan and implement regional project to achieve regional key customers’ coverage. Keep regular market visit with KAMs to be closed to the market.

  • Establish and maintain close connections with Key Decision Maker in target hospitals to obtain recognition and supports in tender, medical insurance area. Reduce negative impact due to special policy change.

  • Understand the industry posture. Actively participate in planning, organizing and implementing national project.

  • In charge of annual budgeting and cost controlling, Support KA team and be responsible for internal communication with other departments and management team.

  • Organize quarterly regional meeting to cascade management’s strategies and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Level of Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, medical related or marketing major is preferred.

Working Experience in Relevant Field

  • Minimum 7 years’ sales & marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry, and minimum 5 years’ KA management experience or as Regional Sales Manager.

Professional Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficiency in the use of office software

  • Good command of English in listening, oral, reading and writing

  • Strong communication and coordination skill, good team management skill
