Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team for multiple shifts. Our Machine Operators play a crucial role in producing quality products by operating modern digital controlled machinery and auxiliary equipment. This includes loading raw materials, correctly feeding wire through machines, and removing finished products. Operators will also perform quality welds, machinery changeovers, preventative maintenance, and ensure accurate production records. Training will be provided for selected candidates, emphasizing the importance of job tenure.

Hard Skills

  • Machine operation

  • Safety protocols (lock out - tag out)

  • Machine setup

  • Weld experience

  • Forklift operation (OSHA approved training provided)

  • Use of tape measures, micrometers, and calipers in metric measurement system

Soft Skills

  • Strong tenure in previous roles

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Effective communication in English (reading, writing, verbal)

  • Problem-solving

  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions

  • Physical ability to push, pull, roll items, and lift up to 70 pounds regularly

Shift:

2nd Shift & 3rd Shift.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position.

Work Environment

You will join a small team of about 12-15 employees, all working in a highly organized and clean manufacturing environment. The facility mandates the use of safety-toed shoes and ear protection. We prioritize maintaining a clean and safe workspace for all employees.
