• Position will be located in the Worthington Region.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Valid driver's license required.

• Healthcare Provider CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

• MN C.N.A. licensed required upon hire and completion of additional home health education requirements as established by the state of MN and agency required.

Work Schedule

• PRN - Varied Shifts, as needed, casual requirements per department policy

• Hours may vary from Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $18.25 - $24.00 per hour
