Description We are seeking a meticulous File Clerk to be part of our team in the manufacturing industry. Based in Worcester, Massachusetts, this role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The selected candidate will be tasked with managing and organizing physical files, ensuring the confidentiality of data, and maintaining an efficient filing system.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain physical files ensuring they are organized and easily accessible

• Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

• Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information handled

• Scan and digitize physical documents for easier data retrieval

• Assist in the organization of files within the system to promote efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a File Clerk in the Manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in Filing and Organizing Files

• Experience in Data Entry tasks

• Demonstrated ability to maintain Confidentiality

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
