Job Description

This role consists of managing and supporting the ELGA Labwater North America Purchasing Group.

(Purchasing)

-Overseeing all aspects of purchasing in relation to procurement, MRP, and forecasting.

-Ensure correct items are always on time and in stock and on time delivery of customers orders.

-Item Branch Management which includes regular maintenance, reviewing safety stocks, changing suppliers lead times.

-Supply Chain Monitoring and track shipments.

-Reviewing back orders and reporting updates on any issues.

-Comply with the correct procedures and ensure quality and high standards

-Functionality of al activities preformed in ERP (JD Edwards)

-MRP/Forecasting (JD Edwards/LATIS)

-Ensure compliance CBP and EPA regulations

-PO Maintenance

We are looking for a self motivated and customer centric employee who can create synergy and alignment between the customer service department and the purchasing department. We are looking for an emplpoyee who will take ownership, maintain a high level of professionalism, someone with the interpersonal skill set to establish rapport with customers, sales representatives, technicians, warehouse associates and office colleagues. We need an individual who will ensure strong communication between teams which facilitates the exchange of information in order to implement improvements on KPI's.

Qualifications

-Demonstrated leadership experience in similar roles

-Purchasing and Customer Service experience highly preferred

-Excellent Communication and strong Interpersonal skill set

-Strong organizational skills

-Customer centric and customer focused
