Your Job

• Deliver World Class Silicon validated IP & Internal Design Solutions for all the target market segments

• Create an Ecosystem of IP, EDA, Design partners & Solutions for company Technologies.

• Drive customer adoption through Competitive Power Performance Area (PPA) and Pricing on IP

• Manage end to end IP development including and not limited to passing yearly ISO9001 audit, perform resource sizing, drive contract closure and delivery milestone, design and test chip review, escalate detractors and manage customer bug/issues.

• Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed

• Accountability, Relationship Focus, and Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Initiates projects with suppliers in a very complex environment.Serves as consortia project liaison

• Chairs business review, technical review meeting, conference committees. Provides guidance for external programs

  Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics/ Microelectronics)

• 8 years of relevant experience. Increased knowledge plus broader technical knowledge in areas outside of his or her area of expertise.

• Initiative and creativity result in high degree of innovation while showing the capacity to solve major problems of an advanced complexity affecting various departments and businesses.

• Leading inventor on a few patents.
