With a focus on excellence and cutting-edge technology, we are seeking a process integration engineer to join our team and drive advancements in RRAM film, device design, reliability, yield analysis, and design.

Your Job

• Lead the development and optimization of RRAM film deposition processes.

• Evaluate and select materials for RRAM films, considering performance, scalability, and manufacturing feasibility.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure film deposition aligns with overall semiconductor manufacturing goals.

• Drive the design and layout of RRAM devices, optimizing for performance, power consumption, and reliability.

• Utilize industry-standard CAD tools for layout design and simulation.

• Work closely with integration engineers to seamlessly integrate RRAM devices into semiconductor processes.

• Conduct thorough reliability testing and analysis of RRAM devices.

• Implement strategies to enhance RRAM device reliability and longevity.

• Address and resolve any reliability issues through innovative solutions.

• Lead yield analysis efforts, identifying and resolving factors affecting RRAM production yield.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures for yield improvement.

• Develop and implement statistical process control (SPC) methodologies for ongoing yield monitoring.

Job Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physic or a related field with a focus on semiconductor technology.

• Entry level or minimum of 2 years experience in semiconductor industry

• Expertise in RRAM film deposition processes and materials selection.

• Proficiency in CAD tools for device design and layout.

• Strong background in device reliability testing and analysis.

• Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.

• Position open to new graduates with no prior experience
