What You Will Do

• Tools Sale List Management

• Tools FMV assessment

• Tool Data Sheet Management

• Internal arrangements for inspection, deinstallation, removal of assets

• Tool and parts sale expense management

• Tool/parts Sales approval & governance

• Partner with external companies to harvest and re-sell parts

• Establish usage/cost savings tracking

• Drive best-in-class Industrial Engineering practices for business process & systems across GlobalFoundries’ fabs.

• Efforts in this group are focused on maintaining standards for a multi-fab operation

• Analyze data to suggest key areas to focus effort on

• Understand existing and future trends with regards to tool sales and parts harvesting

• Improve process of tools & parts harvesting & sales

What You Will Need

• Preferably Bachelor or Master’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, other Engineering discipline will also be considered

• Graduates with min 6 years’ experience in Semiconductor manufacturing, at least 4 years focus in Asset Management or Equipment/Parts sales or Equipment Maintenance. Proven track record in a similar capacity will be preferred.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with external suppliers to accomplish the team’s objectives.
