Lorvin Technologies, Inc has an opening for Application Developer. REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field +1 year of relevant application development experience in multiple-line insurance organization; front end development; building end to end billing and payment systems from scratch; and working on large-size systems with high user traffic. Duties: Gather and assess business, functional, and technical requirements along with translating functional to technical requirements and deliverables. Engage in the full development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing and deployment phases. Develop analytics and interactive dashboards and a webservice RESTful API for the application. Develop event listeners for the application. Design and develop database models/schemas. Develop, document, and revise system and application design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. Work cross-functionally with technical partners and highly skilled engineers to ensure application and system design and implementation. Analyze technical problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Participate in architectural design decisions and technology selection. Location:  Woodbridge, NJ. 40 hrs. Some travel (20%) to client sites at unanticipated locations within US with expenses paid by the employer.
