Service Project Analyst for Videojet Technologies, Inc. in Wood Dale, IL to analyze data, create and manage systems, and measure key financials. Work closely with Directors, Field Service Managers, CSEs, and operations to understand and optimize material flow within the global Service organization. Support Lifecycle Services Policy Deployment Initiatives. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting data and analysis as needed. Provide reports and analysis on Service revenue, profitability, inventory, repeat calls, and other measures important to driving a successful field service organization. Regularly provide regional/functional manager with key operating statistics and analysis including: budgets, forecasts, operation ratios. Assist in month end reporting and forecasting requirements as required. Provide daily, weekly, monthly metrics to those in the field via dashboard creation and support. Systematically expand contracts within current sites. Identify key contract growth opportunities outside of current contract sites.

Education Required: Bachelor\'s degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or other related quantitative field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience as an analyst, developer or related occupation developing best-in-class databases, data relationships and data integrity or, alternatively, a master\'s degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or other related quantitative field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as an analyst, developer or related occupation developing best-in-class databases, data relationships and data integrity. Experience must include: Excel functions such as SumIfs, Vlookups, Pivot tables, VBA and SQL to develop solutions; Analyze Data models and derive logical conclusions to support key business growth initiatives such as revenue run rates, causes for decline or unexpected gaps, and calls per day with supporting visual management; Develop system solutions and automations to daily requirements; Develop automated dashboards of Key Performance Indicators around Customer Sat Scores, Inventory, Revenue, Sales Success, Net Units Under Contract, PM Compliance; Financial analysis and forecasting; financial modeling as needed, to support overall budget cycle as well as in month forecasting; Update Systems by creating or modifying current standard procedures to meet demands that support field initiatives; Month end reporting, ensuring accurate and timely view on KPIs; and Used big data to establish trends from growth drivers to develop capacity models to ensure business needs are met in key strategic areas (locations) to support overall business growth goals and provide analysis to upper management.
