We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our R&D team, providing pivotal support to the ongoing activities around our on-going product development activities. In this varied role, you will support our Project Managers with managing project schedules and timelines, generating change request documentation, developing project performance metrics, and coordinating activities and task deliverables within the team. Your interactions will be wide, and you will work with many teams across our business, including R&D, Engineering, and the wider Operations groups.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, curious individual, able to manage a multitude of interrelated activities with varying priorities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment. You will bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a confidence in engaging with others to obtain information and resolve queries and issues. Whilst preference is given to those with a degree level education, this is not a key requirement, and we welcome applications from those with an interest project coordination, or those from a strong administrative background. You will however bring strong skills in Microsoft packages, and be comfortable formulating business documentation and data.

Abbott offers a benefits platform that provides security to you and your family. In addition to a competitive salary, Abbott offers a highly attractive benefits package which includes a defined-contribution pension scheme, a share ownership scheme, private healthcare, life assurance, and a flexible benefits scheme which you can tailor to your own requirements. We like to help our employees live life to the fullest, and therefore we offer a range of optional initiatives for you to get involved in, including onsite allotments, couch to 5k campaigns, bee keeping, yoga and more!
