AGRILAND FS is looking for a highly productive and organized individual to provide leadership in process improvement projects throughout our financially strong and growing cooperative business. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will work in our Winterset corporate office to build and manage processes that improve business and operational efficiencies along with data analysis improvement capabilities.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, manage, and maintain improvements to increase business efficiencies

• Improve data analysis processes

• Work with management and accounting staff to recommend the adoption of processes, procedures, training curriculum, and technologies to improve processes that support sales, inventory, and facility operations

• Work with leadership throughout the organization to identify and drive business transformation and delivery of technology capabilities

What we need from you:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in related areas, such as information systems, accounting, or business

• 5 years or more of relevant work experience, with demonstrated working knowledge of business operations and experience leading complex projects

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software

• Experience working and leading IT to support and drive business improvement projects

• Ability to build relationships, identify needs, and make recommendations for improvement

• Skilled in planning and time management with strong professional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills

• Attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills
