WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Communications Content Development : Assist in the production of materials for internal audiences related to employee engagement, corporate brand, product brands, internal policies, sustainability, and other topics as assigned. Assist in the ddevelopment,and implementation ofcomprehensive communication strategies to support operations, supply chain, and procurement initiatives.

  • Digital Property Management: Lead the maintenance, updates, and development of all operation’s digital properties, including internal intranet (Production Associate) sites.

  • Communications Management: Lead the publication of content on intranet channels and lead the deployment of email communications for operations function internal audiences.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders, including key team members, other departments, and vendors, to build strong content campaigns to best communicate stories and initiatives and drive employee understanding and engagement.

  • Communications Alignment: Partner with the Corporate and Internal Communications teams in the Business Communications and Sustainability (BC&S) function to ensure consistency and effectiveness of external and internal communications.

  • Data & Analytics: Monitor the effectiveness of communications platforms and activities through comprehensive analytics and reporting.

  • Agency Partner Management: Develop and manage relationships with outside creative vendors.

  • Calendar Management & Cycle Planning: Oversee the management of the master Operations cycle plan and calendar.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the communications budget effectively.

  • Event Support: Support internal and external events and create/develop integrated communications materials.

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

  • Do you have at least five years’ experience in internal, external and/or corporate communications, ideally in FMCG or highly regulated industries.

  • Do you have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or graphic design or related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.

  • Strong written, verbal communication, and project management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful communications strategies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
