ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Reports to Director Oral Brands Portfolio & Planning
Number of Direct Reports - None
Core Relationships:
Internal – Finance, Growth Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Regions, Oral Brands Category Managers
External - None
Geographic Scope - Local (DRBU)
Travel Required - Less than 25%
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Provide support to build commercial initiatives arguments: Geographical scope, outlets capabilities, competitors pricing, productiontimelines, volume forecast, etc.
Support analysis and preparation of commercial initiatives post implementation reviews to be presented in Cycle Plan.
Deliver monthly brand performance dashboards.
Provide insights and assumptions to advise brand volume and share forecast along with pricing recommendations.
Supervise closely along with Demand Control CFX team, Oral Brands’ sales performance vs. forecast per SKU providing internal projections to guarantee right level of inventories.
Examine market trends and driven threats. Provide views to management on market dynamics (volume, share, etc) for the total U.S as well as for key state and retail partners to find opportunities for further Oral Brands growth.
Support executive team to build business presentations for local and global senior collaborators.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
5 plus years working in related fields in CPGs
Strong analytical capabilities and proven experience developing commercial plans, project management, trade and consumer insights/research, brand strategy and communication.
Highly developed curiosity with an innovative attitude and creative thinking process
Results-driven and self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team
Influence external and internal partners without direct line authority
Flexible and reliable team-player who acts in the best interest of the department and company as a whole
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required - marketing specialization is a plus
BENEFICIAL
Graduate Degree (MBA) and/ or prior brand marketing experience in CPG category is a plus

401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent

Paid Leave:
